On Friday night, Lauren had her first sleep-over with Marlena at Marlena’s house. I think it all went pretty well. Evan had a sleep-over at our house with Lucas at the same time! It was strange not having Lauren in the house!

Lauren told Evan today:

“I like my boyfriend better than you because Andreas sometimes is nice to me and sometimes shares things with me.”

We went swimming on the weekend and Lauren did such an awesome job. For the longest time she swam alone with a flutter board, her feet kicking strongly. This weekend we tried swimming without the flutterboard and she did so well! We started with a distance of maybe 1 meter between Nicole and I and I launched Lauren towards Nicole and she kicked and moved her arms. Then she figured out how to hold her breath and go underwater while kicking and using her arms and she kept swimming further! In the end, she probably swam 4-5 meters all by herself! It was so amazing! She’s a strong swimmer and she enjoys the water, so I hope she’ll do well when she’s older.
