Well… 2014 was a big year for vinyl for me, and it looks like I got about 170 pieces of vinyl into the house. Some of them I had bought earlier (the Prince discs, for example), or were given to me at some point in my life (Love and Napalm, for example), or came from Naoko’s small teenage-year collection from Japan (the Taking Heads, Sting and UB40 discs, for example). The ones I bought ranged from C$0.33 (three for C$1.00 at the Salvation Army in Midland, Ontario) to S$45.00 or so for some new issues and re-issues that I got. My trip to Canada got me about 45 pieces or so, which was pretty cool. Mainly LPs, but also a few singles and EPs, and one “mini-LP”.
