Lauren went on with this little dialogue:
“Mummy, when I grow up, I’m going to be a Daddy. No, I’m going to be a Mummy. When I’m bigger I’m going to wear a bra, have boobies like those (pointing to Mummy’s boobies), and sleep in a big bed.”
“Do you have boobies now Lauren?”
“No,” she replied, “I’ve only got these.” (pointing at her breasts)
