My friend Norbert’s friends Duc and Hana were heading to Singapore, so we met up for some pho, Vietnamese beef noodle soup. It was a nice evening, and I had a chance to try out German and Japanese at the same time, not so often I get a chance to do that. After we parted, they headed off to the Marina Bay Sands hotel; I just barely missed my bus, so I had to take the MRT home. Got home early enough anyway, so that’s okay.
