Evan played his first video game the other week – Pacman on my PC using MAME. He really liked it, although he didn’t last very long in any games. Near the end he was doing fairly well moving the joystick in the different directions. He liked the animation and sound and asked quite a bit if he could play around when he first played, but it’s been a few weeks now and he hasn’t asked for it again. We’re not really encouraging it, as we’d rather he ran around outside etc. but I suspect one day he’ll really be into the video games…
